How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs are determined by weight and the destination at the checkout page. Most of them will be between 10-15USD.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our fulfillment centers strategically located in the USA & Australia, so most of the countries will get it within 5-14 days. This
doesn’t account for customs delays outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and courier details. Contact us by email or by what's an app if you still need help with tracking
your order.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order still hasn't been shipped, send us your new shipping destination and we will change it.
Can I add more products to the same order?
If the first order still hasn't been shipped, we can make the necessary changes. Please email or Whatsapp to us and we will guide you with.

Can I do a bank transfer instead?
If bank transfer is your only option we please send us an email and we will provide you with details. Please note, currency exchange fees might be applied
by the bank.
Can I change my mind?
Yes! We will be very sad though. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase. Please send it back to:

We do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Please do note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

What ingredients do you use?
Our formulas are 100% natural and organic with no nasties, synthetic bulking agents or chemicals. The ingredients are sourced locally and the extraction process
does not compromise the bio-matrix integrity of the fruit or plant, unlike the old methods of drawn-out percolation or heat, where the raw material is often left stewing for days, fermenting & breaking down. our extraction method delivers larger
peaks, & often identifies more active compounds than competitive extracts tested. Our extracts are pure, locally sourced, unadulterated, are highly “active” & ethical.

How many products should I use?
It's a very personal question and depends on your skin condition and lifestyle. The basic skin routine goes like this - cleansing and moisturizer.
For cleansing check out - cleansers and exfoliators. For moisturizing check out moisturizers, creams, and serums. So it's can be as little as 2 products only and grow up into 6.
